Common questions

Go to Connected Apps and try reconnecting. Click the app and sign in again. This refreshes your access without losing settings. If it still doesn’t work, email us with which app and what you see.
Ask Runner why: “Why did you do that?” It’ll explain its reasoning. If it’s still off, let us know in Slack or email. These reports help us improve.
Drop it in the Slack community or email us. We prioritize based on what people actually need.
Click the ? icon in the top-right corner of any conversation and select Report a bug. Describe what happened and hit send. This automatically uploads your session so we can see exactly what went wrong and debug it faster.You can also email support@runner.now with a description and screenshot.
Check the installation troubleshooting guide. If that doesn’t help, email us and include your OS version.

Feature requests and feedback

We build alongside our users. If you want something, tell us. Slack is the best place for feature ideas because other users can chime in and we can discuss it in real time. For structured feedback, email works great too.
