Go to Connected Apps and try reconnecting. Click the app and sign in again. This refreshes your access without losing settings. If it still doesn’t work, email us with which app and what you see.

Open the session and check the sources, tool activity, and instructions it used. Tell Runner what was wrong. If it came from a scheduled Runner, fix the saved prompt so the instruction lasts. Still off? Send support the run time and what you expected.
