# Use Cases

> Runner works for anyone who spends their day bouncing between apps. Here's how people in different roles use it.

Runner connects to the apps you already use and does the work that eats up your day. Email, calendar, Slack, CRM, docs, browser. Instead of switching between 12 tabs and copying information from one place to another, you tell Runner what you need and it handles the rest.

That works for pretty much anyone. But we've spent a lot of time making Runner especially good at the workflows that matter most for specific roles.

## Built for specific roles

We don't just connect your apps and wish you luck. Runner ships with workflows, automations, and prompts designed around how people in your role actually work. The connected apps, the daily routines, the things that fall through the cracks. All of it.
